03 Design & Pre-Construction Planning
Before any work begins on site, we develop the full design. These are drawings, finishes, millwork details, etc. We then align it with permits, engineering, and trades. Our pre-construction process is where most surprises are caught and resolved well before they become problems on the build.
04 Material & Finish Selection
Working alongside our interior design team and Amy, every material is chosen as part of a layered, considered whole: cabinetry, stone, tile, hardware, lighting, and paint. We bring samples to your home, review them in your light, and refine until each selection feels right. Nothing is run-of-the-mill. Nothing is rushed.
05 Construction & Coordination
With drawings finalized and selections locked, our in-house construction team moves to the site. We coordinate trades, manage timelines, and handle change requests with proactive communication, so you always know what’s happening and what’s next.
06 Quality & Completion
Every finish is reviewed, every fixture tested, every detail walked through. We address any touch-ups before handover and make sure the home meets the standard we set together at the start.
