We recently built a house and needed someone to help the house turn into a home. Amy and her team redesigned and built our new ensuite in the summer and we are so happy with the outcome! Amy was completely there for us during the process and we made tweaks/adjustments whenever and wherever we needed. The team was very communicative as a whole and that made a huge impact. Amy transformed our home, from our main floor to our beautiful master bedroom. Yes her designs are straight out of a magazine but I think Amy’s super power is bringing warmth and a sense of calmness into a home and making it feel cozy and welcoming yet so unbelievably beautiful. It’s been over a year since Amy renovated our main floor for us and I still love how pretty and finished it feels. I loved that she was able to manage the project from trades to styling. She held a trades day at the beginning of the project where all of the trades came at the same time to quote and it was so nice to not have to have multiple appointments over many days. Amy ensures things are done properly and that you are happy with the final project. The best part and the reason we wanted to work with Amy was the final reveal. She brings everything in and styles the space beautifully. I would love to work with Amy again!

I never dreamed I could get my dream kitchen without a gut reno. But Amy worked with what we had (no cupboard demo!) and delivered a transformation that was beyond my wildest expectations. Her trades timelines were compact and they delivered on time. The only time we went over budget is when I added something ;) She took my Pinterest board to heart and nailed my personal style mixing old and new. Having someone order all your furniture, then deliver and style it all in one day is the luxury I didn’t know I needed. And lastly, nerding out with Amy about beautiful items (big and small) has been such a delight.

Amy did a reno on my kitchen in the summer of 2022 with very little demo. I kind of knew what I wanted but she put her expertise to work and created a kitchen I absolutely love. This was done at a time when everything was hard to get, but she managed to pull it all together with trades people that truly were exceptional. It was to be about a six week job and the only issue was the backsplash tiles that held up completion. The crowning glory was a fabulous light fixture from New York that just made the kitchen look like it belonged in a magazine. I have not used a designer before so am not sure of their rates. I felt we got what we paid for…a great up grade to our home. Thanks Amy.

If there was any hiccups, they were the first to go and correct it. This whole experience was truly one that I am so grateful for and it was much more than just design and decorating. I feel like I genuinely had people in my home who cared about me and my family and how we would feel living in the space they created for us.

While doing a huge 6 month whole house renovation Amy came into the project when it came off the rails. She quickly got it back on track with her team of high quality contractors. (I wish I would have known about her total package services from the start of our renovations) In addition to her renovation skills, she is excellent at styling. Our home is cozy, comfortable and magazine worthy! Amy’s work is top notch, she is extremely positive and the Koehn Design team is such a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t go with anyone else and highly recommend them!

I could not be happier that I decided to choose Koehn Design for my interior design. Amy’s style is impeccable. She and her team created the most perfect space in my home. There is no way I could have achieved what she did on my own. It is timeless and elegant, cozy and comfortable. Amy and her team did a wonderful job with choosing timeless furniture, bedding and decor, including accessories and rugs. The workmanship of trades was superb. Staff were friendly, Professional, Trustworthy and reliable. We love the wall paper, backsplash and wall fluting work especially. We get lots of compliments from visitors on the modern but classy vibe, sophisticated and stylish staging.

We have used the team at Koehn Design for a number of years across numerous home projects, large and small. We started with a smaller home refresh - our house is a 2016 show home so it didn’t need a lot but Amy has such a great eye for ways to make our home fabulous; we got rid of tired browns and replaced with fresh white, and a pallet of bright and moody blues. Next we did a complete Reno on our mountain cabin - she totally knocked it out of the park. Amy managed every detail - we left our place and came back 4 months later to a completely redesigned, modern and cozy mountain retreat. Finally, Amy recently helped us to redo our kids bedrooms and bonus room. Amy is creative, incredibly talented, wonderful to work with and such a lovely person. Any time I have gone against her advice, I have regretted it - just give her the keys and trust her to do it right, because she will every time. We hired Amy and her team to select furniture and style multiple rooms in our new home. Even though we're located in a different city, communication was easy and her level of professionalism, attention to detail, and client focus was top-notch.
